Your PC experiences sleep-related beeps and delays, making it hard to wake up. After a few minutes of inactivity, it attempts to power off but fails repeatedly, requiring a forced restart. The issue likely involves the BIOS settings or hardware configuration. Checking the BIOS for updates or adjusting power management settings could help resolve this.

The issue seems to affect Windows 10 sleep configurations, especially in S states. Check the relevant BIOS or UEFI settings. Look for options related to sleep behavior and power management. Adjustments there could resolve the problem.

Thanks for the information. The main change I made was turning off sleep timers, but my problem isn’t the computer waking up on its own. I’m experiencing GPU display issues—could this be related to a hardware problem?

It seems like a combination of Windows updates, drivers, and hardware constraints might be causing issues. Identifying these problems can be challenging without direct access to the device. Personally, I don’t rely on Windows sleep since modern SSDs make boot times quick. My machine usually boots in about 8 seconds before the login appears. Setting up takes a bit longer for me. Have a great day!
