I chose to reinstall Windows 8.1 because I didn’t want to tidy up the old setup. However, when I tried to enter the product key, I received an error about being unable to create or find partitions during the remake. Help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I don’t have access to another computer.

When setting up, remove every partition. Upgrading to Windows 10 would simplify the process.

I figured I just needed to remove my second hard drive to resolve the issue, right? If anyone faces the same problem later, just disconnect the other drives if possible. If you only have one, I can't assist further. 😅
