Problems with Ram and blue screen errors
I recently installed my second computer two days ago. It's the first time I've used DDR4 RAM and attempted to apply A-XMP settings, but I didn't notice any issues with the CPU cooler overlapping the RAM. After booting up BIOS and enabling XMP, I set the RAM speed to 3600, which matches its advertised rate. The initial two days went smoothly, though today afternoon my PC blue-screened twice. This caused some files to be deleted, locking me out temporarily due to its impact on virus detection. A Windows RAM check revealed hardware problems with the RAM and recommended contacting the manufacturer. After turning off A-XMP, the test ran without issues. Could it be that the RAM is overheating because of the CPU cooler positioned above it?
