Typically, the PC starts up quickly once RAM speeds are configured, without needing multiple cycles.
Only certain BIOS configurations are being reset, it seems to be linked to your RAM settings.
It's unfortunate, but this might be connected to your setup. Many users face stability issues when pairing Corsair RAM with Ryzen processors. It could relate to the specific Ryzen model or generation you're using. The newest Ryzen models only support up to 3200 MHz, which is a bit lower than some expectations. I've heard Crucial Ballistix works well for upgrading and optimizing Ryzen systems without problems. Some people also suggest Samsung B-die as a budget-friendly RAM upgrade option.
Ryzen might be a bit tricky with RAM; you'll need to adjust your settings manually, including timings and voltage. The SoC voltage can also make a difference. If you're not up for that, just switch to another type of RAM.
Before the upgrade, I used this same RAM setup with a Ryzen 5 3600 and it worked fine even with just two sticks. After switching to four sticks and a Ryzen 9 5900x, I started experiencing problems.
