Hey, I remember sharing some issues about my computer before. It turns out my CPU only supports DDR4-2400, but the RAM I got was DDR4-2666. I thought it would be a small improvement, but it actually caused a problem. The specs now say the max RAM it can handle is 2400, yet over the past two years it’s never frozen. I’ve run tests myself and spoken with Micro Center about the RAM, which suggests everything was checked before shipping, making a failure unlikely.
