I made changes in the BIOS settings. I turned off AMD Cooling and Quiet mode as well as a few other options. I’m hoping this fixes the issue; if not, I’ll just reset the BIOS and restart.

I've already attempted several solutions, but it continues to behave as I described. It doesn't perform a full power-off; instead, it does a partial one, which is unusual. Most motherboards handle this without problems.
