I5-4690k ASRock z97 Pro4
Raijintek Themis and other irrelevant notes
Following a certain performance boost (4.4ghz, 3.9ghz cache, stress test up to 70°C, 1.2V core, 1.85V input), my PC attempted to boot. The process unfolded as follows:
1. Power was switched on
2. All components activated instantly but failed to sustain
3. This pattern repeated multiple times
4. On the fourth attempt, it managed to boot, displaying the screen that didn’t start normally and transitioning directly into BIOS
5. Pressing F2 accelerated the process, then F10 launched Windows without any adjustments
It worked successfully. The issue seems related to motherboard behavior or potential voltage incompatibility.
Thank you for your prompt assistance.

nikodemmarczak2 :
After a solid overclock (4.4ghz, cache 3.9ghz, stress test up to 70°C max, 1.2V core, 1.85V input), my PC is attempting to boot. The process looks like this:
1. I power on the machine
2. Everything spins up and then crashes immediately
3. This happens repeatedly
4. On the fourth attempt, it boots but displays the screen from a failed boot, then enters BIOS
5. I press F2 to increase speed and then press F10 to launch Windows without changing settings
AND IT WORKS
I’m wondering if this is just a motherboard quirk or if it points to a deeper issue—could the voltage levels be too high for these components?
Also, thank you in advance for any assistance.
