I moved to AMD and faced major problems with all overlays on my PC. When I play any game, it crashes after just a few minutes. Usually I can fix it by turning off the overlays so I can play without issues. Still, I want to use some overlays since they help a lot in the games I enjoy. Have anyone else had this problem before? Do you know a way to use overlays in any game again? It began when I switched to a Ryzen 5 2600 and a Sapphire Nitro+ Rx580, and after several reinstalls of Windows, it might not be the main cause. If you're on Discord, consider turning off their overlay. At different moments, this overlay has led to problems with major launchers—Origin especially is problematic, sometimes triggering BSODs. It's possible this issue has resurfaced. Instead, try enabling overlays one by one, checking if the problem continues, and adding another once stability is confirmed. Work to pinpoint the exact conflict causing it.
