Hello, I’m not sure if anyone understands what I’m describing, but it’s okay to ask. I have a NETVIO video over IP system (jp4 series) configured in the NETVIO 360 software with a Layer 2 plus switch that supports IGMP snooping. There’s no reason why it shouldn’t function, yet it keeps prompting for confirmation. The video source is in standby mode. I recall facing similar problems a few years ago with the same switch and a WireStorm network HD 600 system—very comparable—but I couldn’t resolve the issue with my FS3400-24t4fp. Could this be due to incompatibility, or am I missing a setting? When I set up the Network HD system, I had to use a packaged switch, but since my company hasn’t updated its knowledge, I’m stuck again. On ONETVIO 360, all devices appear online and previews function on both the transmitter side and the NETVIO app. Occasionally the signal shows up, though it’s full of static, random lines, and odd colors.
