Hi there, hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out for advice because I’ve been experiencing sudden lag spikes during Xbox games on a wired connection—lasting 10 to 20 seconds—which immediately ends my session. I’m not sure why this happens despite having a strong connection (see the speed test below). Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated. My Discord is: Ban#6550 Thanks in advance!

Changed the network cable. I experienced the same problem when using an outdoor cable that had been in place for years.

Hey, just wanted to let you know I tried something and it didn’t work out as expected. I’m still trying to figure out what else could help.

Hi there, Your router comes from Gigaclear, a company that provides fiber internet in rural areas. You're unsure if you can adjust the router settings, as issues seem to occur when people use the range extenders inside the home.

Check the device for a label. Based on the Gigaclear site, it appears to be a Linksys Velop mesh WiFi setup.
