Hi there, hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out for advice because I’ve been experiencing sudden lag spikes during Xbox games on a wired connection—lasting 10 to 20 seconds—which immediately ends my session. Changed the network cable. I experienced the same problem when using an outdoor cable that had been in place for years.

Check the device for a label. Based on the Gigaclear site, it appears to be a Linksys Velop mesh WiFi setup.
