I often face problems connecting to the 5GHz network while the 2.4GHz one works perfectly. Other devices connect without trouble, but my experience with the 5GHz is inconsistent. I've removed the Wi-Fi card and reinstalled drivers, yet it doesn't help. Could you suggest a solution?

Confirm both connections are secure on the card. Identify the specific 5GHz wireless channel the router uses for broadcasting. Check the antenna configuration details for the 5GHz band.
