Check the phone cable in the bottom left corner of your GTA. If it looks damaged or jagged, you can repair it by cutting out the frayed part and replacing it with a new one. Make sure the connections are secure before using it again.

opt for stronger anti-aliasing options. If that doesn't suffice, consider a display with a higher resolution. Personally, it doesn’t appear overly rough—looks quite refined given its capabilities. For the shadows of power lines, increase your shadow quality settings or upgrade to a better screen.

Sure, just a straightforward boost to the graphics settings—focusing on anti-aliasing, shadows, and possibly drawing distance.
