I downloaded MSI Afterburner after watching some overclocking videos. While following a specific tutorial, I ran Unigine Valley and achieved about 30 fps. Then I tried to replicate the video's performance by setting my temperature limit to 95 and increasing my core clock by 100 mHz. When I ran Valley again, something unusual occurred. At the start of the scenes, my frame rate dropped to roughly 9-10 fps. After undoing the overclock, it returned to around 9-10 fps. In CS:GO, I managed approximately 30 FPS instead of my usual under 200. I'm worried about my computer's health and would appreciate any advice. My GPU is a Geforce GTX 950 SC+.

JAYZTWOCENTz is a valuable source
follow the instructions and your performance will improve
perhaps you need to lower your GPU speed...
