I reinstalled the drivers, performed a clean installation, but the FPS problem persists at 100 frames per second, around 90. I conducted a final test using UserBechmark and received the following link:

Attempt to remove the game, followed by uninstalling the GPU driver via ddu, updating the latest BIOS, installing the newest AMD chipset driver, adding the GPU driver, thoroughly clearing Riot Games files from the Recycle Bin after uninstalling Valorant, and then reinstalling them.

I completed all these steps, changed the game settings, switched to an SSD, updated the GPU driver, upgraded the BIOS and chipset, reinstalled the GPU driver, but the FPS is still low and it seems to be getting worse. Here’s a screenshot of the average FPS while playing: https://imgur.com/9NS0aKn. My PC performance details can be found here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/45697513. The issue might relate to the CPU and RAM in UserBechmark, what should I do?

I completed the scans with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, both confirmed my device is free of threats. I also ran CCleaner to tidy up the system.

There is no indication in the task manager about what is currently running.

If I were you, I'd reinstall windows. It's not a sure solution, but it's worth trying after a few hours of troubleshooting. Someone else might have a better approach, sorry about that.
