Problems with frame rate in Valorant and other titles
PC specifications were shared, including Ryzen 5 2600, 32GB DDR4 RAM, RTX 2060. Recent performance issues with Valorant and Sekiro were noted, especially under certain settings and browser conditions. The user confirmed hardware tests via Userbenchmark and BurnInTest showed everything is functioning correctly. No further problems detected.
I only know a few things about my PC; I don't remember the power supply, but it seems to be reliable because I faced issues before and a technician resolved them for me.
Aiming for the highest possible FPS (250-300) with minimal settings, using a 2060 at 15-20% usage. Valorant should perform well on most GPUs, including GTX 1050, and these results apply to a full 1080p setup. It's unusual, but check if Fullscreen is enabled in Valorant. Fill or letterbox effects shouldn't affect performance.
Here are the details of your PC as shown in the image.

Is there anything unusual?
PC specifications:
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX
Motherboard: Gigabyte GAAB35GM-00-G
CPU: AMD YD2600BBAFBOX RYZEN5 2600
GPU: RTX 2060
Recent performance issues with Valorant and Sekiro have been reported. In Valorant, I keep all settings at low and use 1440x1080 in full screen; with Brave or Chrome open, Discord and Valorant active, I achieve around 100 FPS with drops between 85-90 FPS. In Sekiro, I experience 0 FPS every 15 seconds, which is puzzling.
My RTX 2060 is two years old, my 32GB RAM is about a year old, and my Ryzen 5 2600 is three years old.
Current information is only available when Brave is open:

I conducted a full hardware test using Userbenchmark and BurnInTest, both confirming everything is functioning properly.
Any suggestions?
Seems reasonable. Try to log while playing valorant. It's possible that if your GPU is 6+8 pins one of either 6 pin or 8 pin header is loose thus giving it half the power. Also what is your PSU? Anyone from reputable brand with 500 watt should be okay with 2600 and 2060. Have you reinstalled Nvidia drivers. It could also be the issue because there are settings in it that can cap game fps
My PSU is Corsair CX750M. This is my PC while playing Valorant:
