I was using GMod while installing an addon; Mercedes F1 W05 Hybrid (simfphys). After loading a new map in Singleplayer, the game capped at around 15 frames per second, typically hitting 60 and occasionally more. I unsubscribed from the addon, but the problem persisted. I also have about 1500–2000 addons installed, none causing issues until this one. My system specs: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Intel Core i5-3470 @ 3.20 GHz, integrated graphics (upgrading to GTX 770 2GB), and 8 GB dual-channel DDR3 memory at 798 MHz.
Consider restarting the installation. If it still doesn’t resolve the problem, the issue might be related to your graphics card configuration.
I've already reinstalled the game two times, but my PC still lacks a GPU—it depends on the built-in Intel graphics.
