I'm running FPS osu! with Marvel Avengers Squad and Division 2. I've been checking online for solutions to this problem. When I check the game requirements, everything looks fine at recommended settings. Any details you can share would be really helpful. I've already run a DDU clean install of Windows. My system specs are: i7-4790K CPU, GTX 1080 GPU, 8GB RAM, 16GB memory, ASUS 585M motherboard, 1920x1080 display on a 27-inch monitor. Any information would be appreciated.

Current frame rate is stable. Have you ensured all necessary drivers are up to date?

I receive 60 then it decreases to 30. CPU consumption also increases.
