I needed to press ALT-TAB and ALT-Enter multiple times to capture the image accurately; everything looks good here... 8320 and 270X at 30FPS with medium options.

In general, I’m not experiencing solid graphics performance across any game. Since other titles seem to cause problems, it’s unlikely the issue lies with Mafia 3 itself. It might be related to drivers or your operating system, but I’m skeptical. More probably, the problem stems from your hardware—possibly an overclocked CPU or memory. Resetting everything to factory settings and testing again could help. Also, consider the power consumption: even though the CPU is overclocked and the PSU runs in eco mode, it might not be providing enough power. Try setting everything back to default and observe the results. Regarding the 4K display, it’s possible your system isn’t optimized for that resolution, though I’d expect at least a stable 30 FPS at 4K if everything is functioning correctly. Overall, hardware seems more likely than software or settings.
