I had to manually secure the ethernet port connector onto the cable and then attach it to a wall plate. The speeds I’m receiving are below 100 Mbps on both my and my sister’s ports, which might indicate poor connection quality from the port itself, though I’ll verify again.
The connector cramps were the issue, so I trimmed and reattached the cables to the Ethernet ports. Now the internet speeds are amazing. Appreciate the assistance!
