Hey there, good evening. I've been using a GIGABYTE G32QC 32" 165Hz 1440P curved gaming screen for about a year now. I was thinking of swapping it out but ended up getting another model instead. The change didn’t really make a difference. When I bought it, everything set up perfectly with the Nvidia surround, until it decided to stop working. Initially, I played at 5120 x 1440, but I faced problems determining which monitor was primary or secondary. Additionally, the Nvidia surround started behaving oddly—actually quite "glitchy." Should I say it was malfunctioning? In any case, I restarted my PC. Now, even though both screens display at their main resolution of 2560x1440, using the surround mode pushes them to ultra wide 3840 x 1080 and everything looks off. Both monitors are running on my Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Gaming OC 12G graphics card, three WINDFORCE fans, 12GB 192-bit GDDR6X RAM, and the GV-N407TGAMING OC-12GD video card via display ports. I've tried all the usual fixes and still haven’t got it working. The surround keeps glitching and becoming unresponsive. Any advice? Are others using this configuration? Your help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more details about my specs, just let me know! Thanks everyone.

Uninstall the GPU drivers using DU, then reinstall the latest versions of GeForce Experience. This will reset everything to its original state if the problem stems from a driver or software error.

I ran DDU in safe mode, reset everything, and reinstalled. No issues except the system limits to 38,401,080. Both screens are using HDR and displaying the suggested 2560x1440 size.
