I've been facing issues starting Windows and couldn't find any help online. I'm hoping someone can offer suggestions. Usually, when I launch my desktop it works fine, but sometimes I get stuck and just see a blinking dash without progress. The only solution I've tried is restarting and switching to BIOS to adjust the boot settings to UEFI, even though they're already set that way. This often resolves the issue, though it's not the best fix. I'm still trying to figure out what's causing it, maybe it's related to my motherboard. It's an ASRock X370 Pro 4 with a 2700x and a GTX 1060 6GB.
The system clears its settings to default, including UEFI mode. You won’t need to adjust it unless you want a different configuration.
