This situation seems unusual. It appears both issues occurred after returning from being away from your PC. The audio problems started with your Scarlett 2i2 microphone and no sound in Discord or FL Studio despite hearing yourself. Even changing the mic channel didn’t help, and driver reinstallation failed to resolve it. The second issue also appeared simultaneously. The Windows notification settings won’t open even with unread alerts. I’ve tried various fixes and updates, but nothing changed. I’m considering a full system reinstall unless other options arise.

Yes, using the Scarlett disconnected help can address the Notification Centre problem.
