I'm having issues with my AMD FX 9590 when under heavy loads or during intense gaming sessions. It shuts down abruptly without any warning or freezing. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?

Powersupply, GPU, temperatures—check those specs.

It might be around the temperature range, but when I launch cinebench it occasionally stops immediately without heating up.

Certainly, please let me know if I missed your previous response. This could be related to a PSU issue—could you tell me which one and what GPU you're using?

Check if furmark can run without shutting down. If it works, try cinebench next to see if it also stops. The FX 9590 is a very powerful unit—overheating is expected if cooling isn’t enough. I’d appreciate a photo of the case and internal components just to confirm. Also, please verify there’s no major cooling problem.

No, furmark isn't for the GPU. It's still operating even after shutdown.

What graphics card are you using? The FX 9590 demands a massive power source, almost like it needs a nuclear reactor to function properly. It's incredibly energy-intensive and could strain your power supply unit.
