My Asus Rog Maximus XI Hero displays A2 and a white/yellow-green light at the Q code. The system fails to enter BIOS or boot. I suspect there are issues, but I’m unsure where to fix them. White indicates a VGA problem, while yellow-green suggests a boot issue. Everything seems connected properly, yet it’s still not working. This is my first computer I’ve assembled.

Re-run the CPU, apply fresh thermal paste, install a RAM stick, skip the GPU and connect neither SSD nor HDD. Let me know if it begins loading. I’ve heard it could depend on whether the drive is an HDD/SSD or if the CPU needs better cooling.
