has faced problems with data drops after installing a new router. it seems the increased number of devices on the network is causing the issue, as the old setup worked fine. you might want to explore ways to manage network traffic or upgrade your router settings. the command you're using to check for packet loss is a good start.

What router are you currently connecting to? Which one did you use previously? Are you using Wi-Fi? If yes, how far apart are you from the router and what barriers exist between you and it? Approximately how many devices are connected on the network, counting any variations? What activities are these devices performing during testing and normal use when problems arise? Is the QOT feature available on the router if it supports it? These details will help everyone begin effectively.

It seems a bit of enchantment might work. Also, consider using 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 for DNS—those servers tend to respond well. That said, a different DNS server could potentially help.
