Prime95 is a popular tool for stress testing CPU performance.
A basic CinebenchR20 run in loop helps identify the highest boost clock and sustain voltages. You can experiment with lowering those voltages while maintaining the boost clock. In Ryzen Master, keep it as a profile for better core temperatures. If you don’t run CPU-heavy apps (like non-core programs), stick to stock settings. For games or demanding tasks, switch to your saved all-core profile. I’ve tested this and it works surprisingly well. When using lighter workloads like browsing, CPU temps stay around 55-57°C. With a 6-core/6-thread processor, you can estimate how much cooling improvement undervolting would provide.
