Hello, I just completed my second custom PC setup and have been encountering problems where applications and games shut down after just a few minutes of operation. When XMP is enabled, this occurs more frequently—every 1 to 2 minutes. It’s really annoying because I’ve spent over a week trying fixes on my own. I’ve updated the BIOS and graphics drivers, run memory tests with memtest86, reinstalled Windows completely, changed RAM slots, used only one stick, but nothing resolves the issue. I keep checking forums randomly, but no one seems to have faced this exact problem before. At this point, I think asking for help would be the best move. Have you only turned on XMP without adjusting CPU or GPU speed? Premium processors usually don’t require overclocking, which might cause issues.
