I ran several tests on both GPU and CPU, but still can't figure out the problem. It might be related to my Windows setup. I could back up data and perform a fresh installation if needed.

It seems confusing. Someone suggested a CCleaner update for the 1070 driver, but after installing the official Nvidia drivers, you needed to use CCleaner again. That doesn’t make sense.
