Have you refreshed your BIOS settings? Your temperatures are elevated, especially with the single CCD in the 5800x, but the fan speeds seem too low. Could you verify the fan installation or check for pressure issues and paste application?

I have the newest BIOS version. I'm using L-Connect 3 to control fans based on CPU temperature (fans run at 80% when temp reaches 70°C). I'm confident the installation is correct, and I have a 3 intake 3 exhaust fan configuration. I'll attempt to reapply the thermal paste again.

That's reassuring. I'll double-check by reapplying thermal paste just in case.

Occasionally the TIM setup and installation aren't ideal. Reapplying and using fresh material might be beneficial.
