In reality, the difference between activated and inactive versions is minimal. Customization features are reduced, yet performance and safety remain essentially the same.

The situation is straightforward—based on the level 4 perspective, these bloatwares are unavoidable. We might manage to block them temporarily, but updates could still introduce them. The Reddit discussion echoes this view. We should focus on addressing the first concern. Still, I’m curious why they don’t let us remove those unnecessary folders from that spot. If you can, please offer your thoughts on the second point.

The system allows choosing display language in the preinstalled Windows on the laptop, such as English US or English (our country). However, after reinstalling Windows 11 using the international language ISO from Microsoft's site, it indicates that only one display language is supported. This status appears after the fresh installation. Is this a deal-breaker? Could the US version of Windows 11 provide an option to use a different display language?

Just give it a shot. I'm not following a technician since they likely want that added feature installed. You're basically giving up without putting in any real effort to find a workaround. The advantage of the tool is you can pick exactly what gets installed and skip the rest, but to stop Windows Update from causing issues, you'd also need to use O&O ShutUp10 and set up Windows Update separately.

It seems this applies mainly when switching to a non-default language. It appears to indicate a limit on active languages, regardless of the current setting. Either way, using an inactive Windows version won't change that.
