I’m experiencing recurring problems where my computer crashes during gameplay. The display turns black and the system restarts repeatedly, sometimes every few hours or even minutes. It seems to be linked to my 5700xt model. While it handles low-poly games without issues, it struggles with titles like Overwatch. I notice the CPU and GPU are water-cooled with two radiators, but during play the GPU temperature rarely exceeds 80°C while the CPU stays around 60°C. No overclocking has been done. This issue has persisted since the product launch, though it was common at first. I’ve tried reinstalling drivers, a clean Windows install, lowering graphics settings, and disconnecting peripherals except for mouse, keyboard, and Ethernet. The CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600X, GPU a Radeon 5700XT, RAM 32GB, 1600MHz, power supply SilverStone 650W, and I’m using Windows 11 1440P.

Yes, a friend or family member might know someone who has a setup you can use to check the GPU performance.
