Hi Everyone, First of all, my English isn't great, but I'm French and working on a PC. A few days ago, when the user went to sleep, the computer ran fine, but in the morning it crashed—keyboard and mouse stopped working. He pressed the power button and restarted, but he couldn't access his OS anymore. He's seeing a BSOD with the error code acpi_bios_error. When I tried to install a fresh Windows 10 64-bit version, the same problem happened. I also attempted a Windows 10 86-bit installation, which worked... But now I'm stuck! Here are some tests we did: We replaced some RAM and it still didn't work. We tested another PC with the same RAM, but it functioned properly. We tried installing Windows 64-bit, but it failed again with the same error. Installing Windows 86-bit succeeded! After updating the BIOS, the issue persists. I'm not sure where to begin. If anyone has any suggestions, please help me Tongue Thanks!
