I just perform this and run a stress test on the PC reboot. Here is the link to the log. Thanks for the assistance.

Also I noticed that my card uses 140W under load compared to the reference 120W. I believe this could be related to the stock OC and might explain why it needs an 8-pin connector instead of a 6-pin. Probably not 450W, since the PSU would just be too weak for the card...

I can't view values... Try downloading the Generic Log viewer HWinfo and checking it yourself.

Well, it's probably not your RAM at all, but I think it's worth a try—just keep two sticks of the same size. Have you attempted setting default values in the BIOS (last tab loads optimal defaults, save and exit)? I really don't want you to waste money if the problem lies elsewhere.

I also couldn't open it, but I did open it in Excel. It seems unusual since it appears to display only idle values based on GPU power usage. During the stress test, it shows that it reaches 100% all through. Here is the link to the Excel file: https://nofile.io/f/qV9d101K4hH/log_reboot.xlsx

premyslav :
I also could not open it but i opened in exel. What is strange for me it looks like it recorded only idle values based on gpu power consumption. When run stress test it shows that it reaches 100% altrough. Here is link to exel file

I reset the BIOS and performed a memory check, which showed the memory is fine. I also notice that reboots are happening more quickly than they were two days ago. I’m also concerned about overheating because of the very hot summer days recently, but the CPU and GPU temperatures are still normal!

I wasn't able to open it because the file seems damaged, similar to what happens in Google Docs.
