There seems to be an issue connecting the Playstation 4 controller to your PC using both Bluetooth and cable. When plugged via USB, Windows reports a malfunction and fails to recognize it. After trying Bluetooth, it shows no response from the device. It might be because you're using a Bluetooth adapter on your PC or need to upgrade to a proper Bluetooth card.
