Hi, I understand the situation. Your school has a strong firewall (iBoss) that blocks many common threats, including adult content, but also essential services like SSH, FTP, and even basic sites such as opera.com. You're trying to bypass these restrictions without breaking any rules. I've already explored several options, but so far all VPNs and the home proxy are being flagged. It's frustrating since you just want to download Opera without interruption. Any suggestions or workarounds would be appreciated. Thanks, -Chris

I’m familiar with Proxyserver.ovh and freeproxyserver.ovh, but I don’t know if they’re useful for your needs.

You're avoiding their search results, which means they won't see what you're doing.

They claim not to monitor past activities, and I question how dedicated they really are.

iBoss is a rather poor quality filter. Regardless, any proxy can be identified if the responsible parties are attentive. Use Opera as a workaround: avoid installing it on school computers. Run it on a portable setup, like a USB drive, and bring your own device with it.

I handle tasks at school using lightspeed, I rely on the Chrome extension TunnelBear, and I download Cyber Ghost through it since other VPN/proxy sites are blocked. Then I simply use Cyber Ghost directly.

I usually use my own machine, which is on campus—so it feels different from a library setup. My home PC is reachable through TeamViewer, which works well, but I’m seeking a steadier alternative. I’ve tried Opera, but the goal is to avoid depending too much on my personal computer.
