I recently purchased a Ryzen 5 3600 and have seen temperatures reach 95°C during full load in Prime95. I'm using an H60 AIO with fans on both sides, but it's still hot. Is this typical? Also, I'm idle at around 50°C without any overclocking.

Inspect the pump. It might be a failed motor. Disable PBO. Apply negative voltage between 0.05v and 0.1v.

Do you have sufficient thermal paste on hand? Is the cooler mount stable?

Reapplied thermal paste and tightened cooler. Current temperature is 93.8°C during operation.

Are the ambient and internal temperatures elevated? What are the fan settings for the case and fans? Would you mind capturing a photo? Yes, please also verify that the pump is operating—listen for it or notice any minor shake.

I’m planning to purchase a new cooler tomorrow. So far, I’ve tested everything; the pump is still functioning. My system has an X570 motherboard, and I’m unsure why it’s getting hot.

The H60 is essentially the lowest-end model in the aio cooler lineup. A DH-15 would likely outperform it significantly in cooling capacity. Still, I’d believe it would hold up better than the standard cooler—though I guess that’s just a guess...

Only one exhaust is available, and the power supply works fine. The other fan couldn't fit above due to the CPU power connector. Adjusting the Mobo at 28 degrees.

Lead chip? Do you still have the original cooler that came with the chip? Is it worse than expected? The issue with pre-autooverclocking like AMD does is that a lead chip won’t make it to the stock version. The H60i is a 120mm water cooler, not overly extreme but still better than the standard model.

I can't see the picture. It seems there might be an issue with the upload. Try posting it in the forum by dragging and dropping. From the description, adjusting the case cooling could help improve temperatures. You're looking for many effective cool air intakes. Are you open to switching cases versus using a cooler? (This is just an idea—I'm not giving specific advice.)
