You're experiencing solid performance with your setup, but there are a few factors to consider. The RTX 3060 Ti paired with an i5 9400f should handle high settings in most games, especially GTA V, where you're seeing around 50% utilization and 60-65 FPS. If other titles struggle despite optimal settings, it might be due to the game's rendering demands or GPU limitations. Checking for updates, adjusting game settings, or testing with lower resolutions could help. Let me know if you'd like further tips!

How's the CPU utilization? What are your RAM speeds? Are you running off of a hard drive?

Your system's RAM performance is being checked. This could affect online or in-game experiences, especially with demanding games like GTA.

Nvidia's GFE Optimization might fail in several configurations of their selected parameters... essentially their chosen defaults. It’s unclear if they skip certain aspects or overload others. To avoid issues, I manually adjust everything except Grass to High, set advanced options off, and test the results. Fine-tune High for some settings or refer to online video guides to find the best visual balance with minimal performance impact.

CPU usage ranges from 60 to 75% while RAM operates at 3200MHz with dual-channel (8x2). It's also being used on a hard drive spinning at 7200 RPM.

high speed 3200mhz dual channel setup (8x2), achieving those frames in gameplay and online is acceptable, though I'm concerned about GPU usage. It seems the CPU might be struggling but isn't at full capacity—only around 60-75% utilization.
