I've got a Giganyte B650m DS3H and I'm facing some connection problems lately. It's unclear if the issue is with Windows or my motherboard's LAN port. I've reinstalled drivers and Windows several times, but the problem continues, especially when downloading games on Steam. Any advice or assistance would be really helpful.

Did you verify which Ethernet port is connected at the opposite end?

It's been a few times I've seen routers act up for me. Nice to know what to look for.
