I've already submitted the ticket before. They took a long time—waiting a month just to confirm receipt. Now I'm completely frustrated with Steam support; it's not worth it anymore.

Do you have Evga Precision x? Consider upgrading to a previous release such as 5.3.3 or switch to MSI Afterburner.
