My boot device is a different M.2. It's a 1TB storage unit. I suspect another issue might be present. I had a 256GB USB stick that my father used to store family pictures. It seems Windows might have attempted to install Windows from that drive, as the corresponding partition is no longer listed in the boot sequence after I removed it.

The 1tb m.2 was identified after the BIOS was reset previously, so I disconnected all USB peripherals except the mouse, keyboard, and speakers. The 1tb m.2 was detected. However, now no drives appear in my boot menu options.

When CSM isn't turned on, you can't choose the boot drive order. Once the BIOS is flashed, it reverts to the disabled state. Should I need to enable it?

I managed to boot into Windows after flashing the BIOS, but the screen went blue right away. When I tried to restart, the boot device wasn't detected again. Before loading Windows, I ran a motherboard self-test and it completed successfully.

It seems the system keeps looping through issues. After updating the BIOS, I booted from a Windows USB and encountered blue screens during startup. I repeated the process multiple times, changed updates, and used the repair tool, but it couldn't fix anything. Eventually, I removed the lowest update and tried again, which led to a more detailed screen and a visit to Windows support. A M.2 reader is on the list but won’t arrive until tomorrow. It looks like the drive might be faulty, or another approach may be needed.
