Problema encontrado: Bootmgr no está instalado.
I spent three days away from my PC while it ran, and upon returning, everything felt off. The screen was blank when I turned it on. After resetting, the bootloader displayed an error message. I’m thinking about updating the BIOS since my motherboard supports that feature. Could something have happened during my absence? Also, any additional tips?
It’s recommended to check the OS location. Would you like me to help identify the specific Windows version?
I turned off both HDDs and the system is prompting for a reboot with the correct boot device selected.
It might be possible that Windows was set up using a boot partition on a different drive than the M.2 slot, and it could have suffered corruption or stopped working.
Your boot manager was probably set on one of the HDDs. This is common problem with Windows. Only workaround that works 100% of the time is to unplug all other drives when installing Windows. I think your best course of action is to backup all important data from your boot drive (with another computer or a USB enclosure). Once the backup done I'd erase the boot drive and then reinstall a fresh Windows. There are a few guides out there to fix a missing UEFI partition but they never worked for me. Reinstalling is a pain but should be straightforward and works the first time. Hope that helps.
