Hello! I'm reaching out because I'm unsure where else to get assistance. In my League of Legends match, after picking my champion, the game starts but the screen goes black. The loading bar appears briefly but is unreliable—sometimes it shows up when others are online and sometimes not at all. I've looked everywhere for solutions, even reinstalling my computer, but nothing seems to fix it. I've also tried reaching out to Garena support, but their advice hasn't helped much. Occasionally, after updating Windows and graphics drivers, it works again, though it disappears later. My PC specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with an integrated Vega 11 GPU, 8GB RAM (2GB for graphics), a 120GB SSD paired with a 1TB HDD, and I'm running Windows 10. The server is on PH (Garena).
