Hello, I encountered a puzzling issue while trying to configure Plex's remote access. My landlord offers Wi-Fi at my residence, but my computer isn't compatible with it. Even if the local network were decent, I rely on an outdated Google mesh setup to connect to the internet, which creates a double NAT scenario. I understand the typical fix would involve using a bridge mode router, but I can't modify one I don’t own, and doing so for the Google pods would eliminate the mesh functionality, undermining its benefits. Is there any alternative solution? I’m open to asking my landlord for a reasonable adjustment like opening a port, while trying to avoid excessive follow-ups.
