Hello everyone, I’d like to begin by mentioning that I shared this earlier today and marked it as resolved. However, it turned out differently. The technician from the PC repair shop indicated the card was functioning properly in the shop, so we assumed the problem lay with the PSU. I purchased an MSI Mag A850G, installed everything, updated the motherboard BIOS, ran a DDU scan again on the 1080 I had installed, and even after all these steps, the 3070 still didn’t display anything. I also checked the PSU’s orientation guidelines online, following them carefully. I swapped the PCIE connectors from right to left to left to right, but nothing changed. Regarding RAM, my 16GB was recognized correctly in BIOS and Windows with the 1080 connected. I’m really stuck and need a solution. Please see the original post from before. Yesterday, I acquired a second-hand EVGA FTW3 Ultra RTX 3070 from someone I know. He shared a video showing it worked before I bought it. I have no doubt he’s telling the truth. Prior to this, I owned a GTX 1080 that functioned well—sometimes it would shut down unexpectedly, but I gave up on troubleshooting and moved on to other issues. This update is just to prepare for two possibilities: either I made a mistake in handling the PSU or the card itself. I’ll share a detailed list of specs and the steps I’ve taken so far.

PC SPECS: i5 11400F, AIO 16GB DDR4 Corsair Platinum RAM - XMP 1 3200MHz, GTX 1080 / RTX 3070
Gigabyte B560M Aorus Elite M-ATX Motherboard, 80+ Bronze, 700W Kolink PSU (approx. 650W recommended for 3070)
Two SATA SSDs: one 1TB, another with a 512GB drive
Windows 11 Home, activated

Troubleshooting steps:
- Ran DDU with all settings, excluding safe mode and Ethernet disconnection (later realized might be the issue).
- Plugged in the 3070; no display output.
- Tested all ports (HDMI 1, DP 3); none worked.
- Attempted dual PCIE cables—RTX 1080 worked, so likely not the cable problem.
- Tried CMOS flash with a screwdriver; unsuccessful.
- Formatted PC using a bootable USB and tried booting the RTX 3070.
- Rebooted in safe mode, disconnected Ethernet, then reattempted.

Potential solutions considered:
- Possibly misjudged something or followed steps incorrectly.
- PSU might be faulty due to random shutdowns.
- Card could be defective.

I’ll keep you updated once I try the correct procedure at home. Before that, I’d appreciate any additional advice. Thanks for your time!
