Hi, after the motherboard upgrade your Corsair Void Pro RGB Wireless headset stopped connecting. It would briefly appear in Windows before disappearing. I’ve looked in Device Manager and found no unknown USB devices. I’ve tested every USB port on the board and case, but nothing works. My system specs are pretty standard: Ryzen 5 5600X, Gigabyte B550M Gaming X WIFI6, 32GB DDR4, two NVMe drives, RTX 2080 Super, Windows 11 Home.

Initiate a reset for your Void Pro/Void Elite RGB headset. This process will restore its default settings.

I've already attempted it, but it didn't resolve the problem.

I also tested the headset on my server PC and it functions properly there, though not on my primary machine.

No, I haven't visited the gigabyte website or downloaded any USB drivers.

No particular USB device support was available for the board, though I managed to install the chipset drivers which didn’t resolve the issue

Did you attempt to disconnect the receiver, restart your device, and then reinsert it once it powered up? This resolved the issue with your B&W headphones.

I don't think it's helpful at all, but I encountered a weird problem with my USB speaker. It looks like Windows 11 might be blocking certain devices and hiding them from any list (device manager, audio devices, sound mixer, etc.). There were some tips on Microsoft forums about fixing it, but they kept disappearing because Microsoft is constantly updating and removing posts. Probably the removed ones are the ones that actually solve the most odd problems. I can't write a step-by-step guide to get my headphones working again because I tried many things until it finally worked. Things like plugging in, changing ports, using the troubleshooter, adding or removing sound devices, etc. After about three to four hours on Windows 11, the issue disappeared and hasn't come back. I think Windows might have messed up its code. Nobody seems to understand why this happens or how to fix it properly. But one thing is certain—it does happen. Good luck!
