Problem with Z170 orange light not turning on on PC.
I have taken out the GPU and all three extra RAM sticks, then installed the single stick in the proper slot for a single RAM module.
If the sole indicator is the power LED, it remains active. When the CPU, DRAM, VGA, or boot LEDs are off, the system should function normally.
Consider a different PSU.
Only one power LED works, though I've tested it with both GPU and 4 RAM sticks in plus/minus GPU and with just 1 stick in. No improvement.
