hello everyone, my computer is experiencing random crashes while playing games, especially Raft. it happens within 10 seconds to about 5 minutes into the game. when I say it crashes, both monitors go dark, but I can still hear Discord and the system appears to be running normally with lights on. there are no visible errors from my motherboard. I checked Event Viewer and found only an unexpected shutdown, which made me think of overheating since my GPU felt hot. However, after upgrading to a better case, I still face this issue. I run the FFX 14 benchmark and get a score around 16800, but crashes persist. I can play League of Legends for hours without problems, yet games like Raft or Hogwarts cause failures. I’m unsure where to look next and need advice. You can find more info on PCBuilder.net about my build—two changes since I couldn’t pinpoint exact parts. The GPU is the same model, Top edition, and the case is a Phantom Eclipse 500A. I also learned there might be a problem with the ROG Strix motherboard or its RAM slots, but I don’t have enough details. I currently have both RAM sticks in B1 and B2 slots.

I think the BIOS is 4204. The AMD GPUs are at driver version 31.0.12029.10015 for the chipset. Here’s the breakdown: AMD PCI device driver 1.0.0.89, processor power management support 8.0.0.13, AMD PSP driver 5.19.00, and SMBUS driver 5.12.0.38. I checked the BIOS for my motherboard and found an update. I upgraded the BIOS to 4601, restarted the game raft, and it crashed after three minutes. I also updated my chipset info from the Rog website and noticed a missing item—AMD GPIO Driver Version 2.2.0.130.
