This laptop is brand new but started having issues after just a week. It would occasionally flicker unpredictably. I took it to Acer Service Center, had the display replaced, but the problem persisted. After a clean Windows 11 install, it still had the same issue. I ran a reset, downgraded to Windows 10, updated graphics drivers, and even performed a clean graphics driver install, yet the problem remained. What’s going on? I really need this for school and would appreciate your help.

This device appears to have significant issues, so I’d consider swapping the SSD or opting for a return via RMA. Have you checked the available drivers on the Acer website beforehand?

It seems the issue might be with the GPU. Try running some games to check if the graphics become worse. Could be a hardware or software problem. What are your laptop's specifications?

Unfortunately, the one-week return window has passed, which means we can't return the entire item. Yes, all the drivers on the Acer website appear to be reliable.
