Have you encountered problems with your Dell laptop's screen freezing unexpectedly? This issue has persisted for a while, and you’ve already found ways to address similar concerns—like resetting the display driver and adjusting panel refresh settings in Intel Graphics. Now the screen freezes or turns black during normal use, whether coding, browsing, or watching videos. You’ve even tried reinstalling drivers, updating BIOS, and even switching to a dual boot setup with Ubuntu, but nothing seems to resolve it. Would anyone have suggestions or experiences to share?

I’m facing the same problem with the XPS 15 9510 as well. After searching for solutions, none seem to work. I’ve noticed it doesn’t occur when the laptop is plugged into external power, but I can’t figure out a fix. Some people posted about sending in laptops for warranty or repairs, yet the issue persisted. F.U. DELL, it’s really frustrating.
