You're experiencing frequent crashes in GTA V at 2:970s. The issue seems tied to driver conflicts and system settings. I've tried various configurations—factory clock speeds, windowed mode, fullscreen, reinstalls—but nothing stabilizes performance. The only relief comes from reverting to older GTA5 drivers, which lowers FPS by about 10 or disables SLI, causing a significant drop. Are others facing similar problems? Any advice you can share would be helpful.

I'm testing on one 960 at "Ultra" (excluding Hairworks) and see 60fps in certain areas while open world drops to 40-50fps. Could be a missing file causing crashes? Checking Steam or GOG might help.

Reviewing windows event logs, verify if "nvlddmkm" is causing issues.

I checked the files via Steam and reinstalled the .NET Framework, but nothing is working.

Your system is running smoothly and isn't reporting any issues in the event summary.

Sorry, the process is failing even though my computer stops working sometimes. I forgot to notice it while browsing the list.

I also attempted to turn off power-saving options, but it didn’t help. The power management is set to maximum performance in the NVidia control panel.

Did you restrict the frame rate? After adjusting it, the game would occasionally freeze, requiring me to shut it down using Task Manager.
